Application

6-bromo-2, 3-dihydro-1h-indole hydrochloride can be used as intermediates in organic synthesis and pharmaceutical intermediates, mainly used in laboratory research and development process and chemical production process.

preparation

TDI01326-1(5.0g,25.64mmol) was dissolved in dichloromethane (400mL), trifluoroacetic acid (27.5mL) was added followed by triethylsilane (10.5mL,64.1mmol) and reacted at room temperature for 16 hours. Thin layer chromatography showed complete reaction. Slowly add ammonia water to the reaction system, adjust the pH to about 9, add dichloromethane (200mL) again, wash with water (750mL) and saturated brine (250mL) successively, the organic phase was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was separated and purified by column chromatography to give 6-bromo-2, 3-dihydro-1h-indole
(3.6g, light yellow oil).
